HYROX is the ultimate showcase of functional fitness, where all that hard work you do in the gym, at home or outdoors to the test. Each race starts with a 1km run, followed by 1 functional movement, repeated x8 times.
HYROX is the first fitness race that challenges both endurance and strength, and whether you are a seasoned athlete or just starting out on your fitness journey, there is a HYROX race for you.
HYROX is inspired by the seven basic movements the human body can perform: Pull, Push, Squat, Lunge, Hinge, Rotation and Gait. Alongside the running component of HYROX, each of the 8 functional movements have been carefully selected to challenge you as an athlete without the requirement of complicated technical training or skills. This is what makes HYROX accessible and safe for everybody.
Over 98% of our participants complete the race. There is no time cap and no qualification requirements, so everyone is welcome to run and race at their own pace with the continuous support of friends, family and fellow participants. HYROX will cheer you to the finish and welcome you in style to the #HYSOCIETY!
