Whether you want to get closer to the race-day action & support our athletes through their race, you are not quite ready to take on a HYROX race, or simply want to be part of the fastest growing fitness race in the world, HYROX is looking for you!

Roles are ranging from various “backstage roles” (e.g. Bag Drop Coordinator or Recovery Zone Manager) to support the Head Judges at the workout stations in order to ensure that athletes stick to the movement standards. On long race days, HYROX will work with 2 working shifts. Our events wouldn’t be possible without our dedicated supporters, so a massive thank you to you all.

Take the Lead

Do you have a strong affinity to fitness, have an eye for detail, can lead and motivate a team of supporters and love the healthy stress of Race days, we are looking for you to join the judge crew! Per Race, we are recruiting 15 Head Judges to lead and take responsibility for the 8 Workout Stations and ensure a smooth experience for all athletes.

Responsibilities 

With 8 Workout Stations, each Head Judge will manage the full flow of the workout, ensure the athletes are using the relevant weights and are performing the exercises according to the set out movement standards. Together with a dedicated team of judges, you will help motivate, inspire, guide and correct athletes to the end of the Workout. You will be required to meet the day prior to the race for the official Head Judge Briefing.
